What the key tasks will look like
We’re hiring an experienced Business Analysts to join our Transformation Team who will focus on new technologies, carve-outs of legacy systems, digitalization, automation, and innovation to enhance customer journeys and on organizational, regulatory, and compliance projects to strengthen our business foundations.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team of 19 professionals (PMO manager, strategy manager, program managers, transformation leads (project managers), business analysts, change/lean experts) working on high-impact projects that redefine how we serve our 2 million policyholders.
As Business Analyst, you will:
- Bridge Business & IT: Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Requirements engineering: Write, challenge, and align high-quality requirements and acceptance criteria
- Testing & quality: Define test cases, contribute to test plans, and monitor results
- Process optimization: Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes, identify improvements, and deliver solutions
- Stakeholder management: Keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and open to change
- Collaboration: Bring energy, creativity, and a can-do attitude to every project. You will be reporting to the program manager.Required skills and competencies
Background
- Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst being the bridge between business and IT. Insurance experience is a strong asset.
- Analytical skills: Business analysis, BPMN, process modeling, requirements writing, testing
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, active listening skills and an ability to challenge, support and inspire business users
- Mindset: Structured, detail-oriented, results-driven and customer-focused
- Customer journeys: Good understanding of E2E customer journeys and the impact of business process and system changes on those
- Languages: Dutch, French, and English (native in one, professional in others)
- Passion: Digital transformation, IT and innovative technologies
